I had so much fun capturing Alex’s 2nd birthday party photography last week! Families are finally starting to have in person celebrations after a long year apart, so this felt extra special. All of Alex’s family and friends joined him in his backyard in Beverly Hills to ring in his 2nd birthday. His family decorated their beautiful backyard with a car theme, complete with tons of balloons in all his favorite colors. In keeping with the car theme, his mom and dad even got him a custom Ferrari car cake! It was almost too cool to eat!

The day was filled with gifts, excitement, and lots of joy. Alex and his friends were so excited to play with all of his new toys. The adults had just as much fun sitting poolside, watching the kids play, and enjoying time together. What a fun group of people! I really enjoyed watching guests of all ages have fun together. This family really knows how to celebrate!

I love doing kid birthday party photography. It’s always an exciting time for the kids, and parents have so much fun watching their child experience all of the joy and surprises they planned for them. As family gatherings come back in 2021, I can’t wait to start photographing more of these celebrations. After the past year, I think we’re all ready to get together and have some fun!
