Everything about this Hotel Arista wedding was beautiful from the brides unique dress to the fall colors. All day it looked like it could start raining at any moment but luckily it never did and instead we had an amazingly beautiful sky.
Christie and Eric decided to do their first look somewhere around the venue in Naperville. At first I thought that might be a bit of a challenge until I saw a giant empty lot right next to the hotel. The lot was perfectly situated to where you could not see any buildings in the background and it looked like you were in the middle of nowhere. It was a little of a task to get there but totally worth it in the end.
From there, we did the couples portraits at the Blackwell Forest Preserve in Naperville. This fall was a bit disappointing for the most part as we had a very small window for fall colors due to the draught. Luckily we had one of the last and most perfect days for fall colors. From there we headed back to the hotel for bridal party portraits and some family.
Following portraits we went into the ceremony followed by a cocktail hour and the reception. Everything about this wedding reflected Christie and Eric’s personalities. They truly did a great job planning a beautiful and fun wedding! Best of luck to you both and it was a pleasure working with you this past year!
