I love photographing Rancho Palos Verdes engagement sessions! Engagement photos are always a nice touch to the wedding experience! Some couples opt out but others are all in! When my couples decide they want engagement photos, we talk a little about the look and feel. If they have anything they would like to commemorate like a special date or activity they love. From here, I have them create a Pinterest board and have them add any photos they like. This gives me a chance to experience their personal style and see what they are attracted to. From here, I suggest a handful of locations and an idea of outfits that would work well.
Amelia and John both live in Washington DC and are getting married January 2022 at the St Monica Catholic Church with a reception at the Bel Air Bay Club. Los Angeles is where the bride grew up, so there was nothing significant to their relationship in LA. When I reviewed their inspiration board, they showed a lot of pictures of really grand nature. So I put together one suggestion for the couple and they loved it. I suggested we do a Rancho Palos Verdes engagement session and start at the St Francis Church and then drive over to Abalone Cove.
When couples contact me, the first thing they share is how they feel awkward behind the camera. And then we leave capturing the most beautiful moment’s of them being 100% themselves. I spend a lot of time digging deep with my clients and getting to know them and helping them to feel relaxed.
If you are looking to plan a personalized engagement session that contains candid and natural moment’s with you partner, I would love to hear from you! Contacting me is the first step!
